Privacy policy
The short version
- We receive personal data only when you send it to us: the contact form, the brochure form, or an email.
- Text you type into the scoping agent or "Ask the site" is sent to an AI provider to generate a reply. Don't put confidential information there.
- The visit receipt is built in your browser. It reaches us only if you tick "attach a summary of this visit" when you write to us.
- We don't sell your data, we don't run advertising trackers, and this site sets no cookies of its own.
- You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold by writing to hello@iagentlabs.com.
1. Who we are
I Agent Labs Private Limited ("I Agent Labs", "we", "us") is a company incorporated in India, CIN U70200TS2026PTC212438, with its registered office at 2-2-18/18/4/20/A, Baghamberpet, Amberpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500013. For the personal data described in this policy we are the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), and the controller for the purposes of other data protection laws that may apply to you.
This policy covers this website only. When we build systems for clients, the client decides how its customers' data is used and we process it under a written contract with that client. If your question is about a client's product, please contact that client first.
2. What we collect and why

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, sensitive information such as health records, financial account numbers, government ID numbers or passwords through this site.
3. The AI features on this site
Three parts of this site can use a large language model: the "Describe what you need" box in the opening section (when you press "Place it"), the "Get a fuller read" button in the contact form, and "Ask the site" for questions our own notes don't cover. The size suggestion and the first read of your brief are worked out in your browser and are not sent anywhere. When a language model is used, the text you typed is sent through our own server on Cloudflare Workers to Groq, Inc., which runs the model and returns a reply.
We use these requests only to produce the reply shown to you. Groq processes the text under its own terms and privacy policy. Answers are generated automatically and can be wrong; nothing an AI feature says is a quote, a promise or an offer from us.
4. What stays in your browser
This site does not set cookies of its own. It uses your browser's storage for two small things:
- ial_last_size (local storage): the project size you last picked in the sizing tool, so it opens there next time. It stays until you clear your browser data.
- ial_seen (session storage): a flag so the opening animation plays once per visit. It is deleted when you close the tab.
The visit receipt, the "our likely first reply" note in the contact form, and the tailored opening copy shown to visitors who arrive from a search or campaign about a specific topic are all calculated in your browser and are not sent anywhere unless you choose to attach the visit summary.
5. Who else handles data
We use a small number of service providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Some of these providers process data outside India. Where we transfer personal data outside India, we do so in line with the DPDP Act and any restrictions notified under it.
We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it, for example in response to a lawful request from a government authority or court.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become projects: up to 24 months from our last exchange, then deleted.
- Brochure requests: up to 12 months.
- WhatsApp and social media conversations: the same as enquiries or client correspondence, depending on where the conversation goes. You can delete messages on your side at any time; ask us to delete ours.
- Client correspondence: for the length of the engagement and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and contract law require.
- If you withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it;
- withdraw consent at any time, which is as easy as giving it: write to us and we stop;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to;
- raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
If you are in the UAE, the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have similar rights under your local law, including the right to object to processing and, in the UK and EU, to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
To use any of these rights, write to hello@iagentlabs.com with the subject "Data request". We may ask you to confirm your identity. We aim to reply within 30 days.

9. Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to us and we will delete them.
Career Rise, our cohort and mentorship programme, runs on its own website with its own privacy policy.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
11. Changes
If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant and we have your email, we will tell you before it takes effect.
