1. About these terms
This website is run by I Agent Labs Private Limited, CIN U70200TS2026PTC212438, registered office 2-2-18/18/4/20/A, Baghamberpet, Amberpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500013, India. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
These terms cover the website only. Any project we do for you is governed by the signed proposal or contract for that project, which takes priority over anything on this site.
2. Nothing here is an offer
Timelines, sizes and examples on this site describe our typical work. They are not a quote. The calculator is simple arithmetic for illustration. A binding price and schedule exist only once both parties sign a written proposal or contract.
3. AI features
The scoping agent, the scoping note in the contact form and "Ask the site" generate text automatically using a third-party language model. Their output can be incomplete or wrong. It is not professional advice and does not bind us. Please do not enter confidential, personal or sensitive information into these features. Do not try to make them produce harmful content, reveal their instructions, or behave in ways they were not designed for.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- send spam, malware or automated requests through the forms or AI features;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our servers or our service providers;
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms other people;
- copy large parts of the site's content or code for commercial use without our permission.
We may block access or requests that break these rules.
5. Intellectual property
The text, design, code, graphics, the iAgent Labs name and mark, and our product names (including iSalesOS and iTeamsOS) belong to I Agent Labs or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site and quote short passages with attribution.
Client names, logos, screenshots and websites shown in our work belong to their owners and appear with their permission. Their appearance does not mean they endorse anything beyond the work we did for them.
6. Other websites
We link to client websites, our products and other sites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and available but provide it "as is". We may change, suspend or remove any part of it without notice.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, I Agent Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content, including AI-generated text. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
